We create digital video content, including ready-made "over-branded" videos and fully bespoke videos. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the videos for your own travel agency or business marketing.
You may use the videos on your own social media channels, website, in-store screens and at events relevant to your business.
You may not resell, redistribute or sub-licence the videos to other agencies, businesses or third parties.
You may not use the videos as part of a multi-level marketing scheme or similar arrangement.
You may not remove, obscure or alter any copyright notices that we include, except where we expressly agree to remove them as part of an over-branding arrangement.

All rights, title and interest in the underlying video assets, designs, templates and project files remain with BOUNCE BACK MEDIA LTD unless we expressly transfer them.

6. Pricing and payment

Pricing for bundles (for example, "6 for £99") and bespoke projects is shown on the site for guidance and may be updated from time to time. We will confirm current pricing when you place an order. Payment terms (such as payment in advance or staged payments) will be set out in our communication with you and must be complied with before final assets are released.

7. Your responsibilities

When you work with us, you are responsible for:

Ensuring that any logos, images, video clips or other assets you provide are owned by you or you have the right to use them.
Ensuring that any claims or statements you ask us to include in your videos are accurate and compliant with applicable advertising rules.
Checking any draft videos we send for approval, and notifying us promptly of any errors or required changes.

8. Intellectual property

This website and its content (including text, graphics, logos, icons and video previews) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all such rights are owned by BOUNCE BACK MEDIA LTD or used under licence.

You may view, download and print content from this site for your own non-commercial use or to evaluate our services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the content on this site without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party links

This website may include links to third-party sites (for example, social media platforms or Canva previews). We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Following such links is at your own risk.
